Procedures for requesting a reservation for a guided tour for groups visiting the Jasenovac Memorial Site
Guided tours for group visits should be requested no later than two working days before the visit for groups of up to 40 visitors and no later than five working days for groups of more than 40 visitors.
Organized visitor groups and individuals can request a guided tour exclusively via e-mail at info@jusp-jasenovac.hr.
The guided tour includes a visit to the site of the former III Brickworks camp and the Memorial Museum (available in Croatian and English).
In your request for the guided tour, please provide the following information:
- Name and address of the agency/organizer;
- Date and time of the visit;
- Number of people in the group;
- Contact information of the guide/person responsible for the group.
A guided tour reservation is only valid after you receive written confirmation and the contact details of the guide assigned to your group.
Without a prior confirmed reservation, a guided tour cannot be guaranteed.
Duration of the guided tour is 90 minutes.
Fee for guided tours for adult groups and individuals is 30 EUR per group.
Guided tours for schools, students and senior groups are free of charge.
