Franjo Rihar, born 1909 in Dobova near Ljubljana, Catholic priest.
Accused of "sabotaging the Croatian celebration on 10 April 1942" by not conducting ceremonial mass on the day of the founding of the Independent State of Croatia. Killed in Jasenovac camp, 18. October 1942.
